On Tuesday 12th December 2017, the 1st Board of Stakeholders meeting of the MEDEAS project “Presentation and Discussion on the MEDEAS model: structure, features, hypotheses” was held in the form of a webinar.
The meeting was organized by the MEDEAS project coordinator ICM-CSIC Institut of Marine Sciences and MEDEAS partners GEEDS Research Group of the University of Valladolid and Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving. The stakeholders that participated were 9 academics and policy makers proposed by project partners.
During the meeting, the stakeholders were introduced to the MEDEAS World model and they provided valuable feedback relatively to the model’s limitations and additional developments. The meeting was very successful, as participants expressed positive impressions and intense interest on the tool and its use.
