The China Workshop in Institutional Analysis of Social-Ecological Systems (CWINS) invited Christian Kimmich, MEDEAS partner from Masaryk University Brno (MU) to present his research.
The 5th CWINS Conference took place at Zhejiang University from November 2nd to 3rd and focused on “Reforming natural resource property regimes in the quest for Ecological Civilization”. The conference included talks and presentations by Scott Shackelford, director of the Ostrom Workshop from Indiana University Bloomington, Prof. Cifang Wu and Prof. Rong Tan from Zhejiang University, and Prof. Volker Beckmann, Prof. Peter Ho, and Prof. Arild Vatn, among others.
Christian Kimmich presented his political economy research on “The ecology of games and networks of action situations for sustainability transformations”, with some references to Ecological Civilization, including recent research findings and policy conclusions from MEDEAS.
